This mobile phone is of course a better and newer version of the very popular Desire Series. You've probably seen what the HTC Desire Z had to offer which was the latest just months ago. Now, behold and see what the HTC Desire S mobile phone can do for you.

The HTC Desire S is quite bulky, it has a 115 x 59.8 x 11.6 mm in size and weighs 130 grams. It feels solid and yet delicate. The casing design is pretty much like the now old HTC Desire Z, only a bit bulkier. It's understandable because it packs a lot of features. This revamped mobile phone promises a 1Ghz processor, the so called Scorpion processor Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon. It also has a Adreno 205 GPU, its own video processing unit that will handle all of video and graphics processing. This makes the phone a graphics powerhouse without bringing down usability. It uses the HTC Sense v3.0 UI which is an updated version also that features more usability and excellent graphics.
It has an S-LCD capacitive touchscreen, capable of displaying 16 Million colors. It displays in 480 x 800 pixels resolution and its 3.7 inches big.
The HTC Desire S has a standard 5 Megapixel Camera with Auto Focus and LED flash, details are exceptional and colors are vibrant, this is a great bonus to having such a powerful Smartphone.
You can easily guess that the HTC Desire S will have an excellent multimedia performance because of its powerful CPU. It has an excellent Music Player has good audio output allowing you to listen to your favorite songs without losing quality. It proudly boasts its SRS WOW HD Surround Sound, HTC's best music feature. The music player has a wide variety of music file support capable of playing MP3, AAC+,WAV, WMA player.
